THRISSUR: The CPM under Pinarayi Vijayan is not just encouraging red terrorism but supporting and promoting jihadi terrorists, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said. While the BJP Government at the Centre is fighting against terrorism and rolling out schemes for development, the state has become a breeding ground for terrorist activities from where people are being sent to Syria to join IS. Camps are being conducted in the state for these activities, he said. Love jihad is also being promoted here, Chauhan said during the Jana Raksha Yatra led by BJP state president Kummanam Rajasekharan, here on Tuesday.

The BJP under Narendra Modi has implemented an array of schemes for the development of the state. Pinarayi Vijayan is only interested in availing of funds from the Centre. He accused the state government of changing the name of Central schemes while they are implemented in the state.
Kerala’s development has stagnated. There has been no growth in agriculture, and unemployment has increased several fold. Interestingly, while the people here are forced to leave the state in search of jobs, thsoe entering illegally from Bangladesh are routed towards the state and many of them are allowed to settle here, he asaid.

He said the Kerala CM should learn from the development that is taking place in the states governed by the BJP. These states have achieved significant development in the past few years and states like Madhya Pradesh have recorded 20 per cent growth in agriculture in the past five years.
The CPM should end the violent political games in the state. Sooner or later the BJP will be in power and the days of violent politics and red terrorism are numbered, he said.

There is a spark that illuminates. The night belongs to the CPM, but the day will belong to the BJP, Chauhan said. K S Eshwarappa, senior BJP leader and former Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister, said the CPM is unleashing violence against RSS and BJP activists as they are well aware that they are growing. The call of ‘Vande Mataram’ and ‘Bharath Matha Ki Jai’ instills fears in the minds of the CPM, he said .

“In the past, whenever the blood of our martyrs dropped here, our national leaders appealed us to be ‘calm at any cost.’ However now we have grown in strength and power. We now request the national leaders to allow us to reply to the enemies with the same stick which they use against us,” he added.
The Jana Raksha Yatra was given a warm reception in Thrissur, with thousand of people flooding the Thekkinkad Maidan.
